Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Refresh N Go. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Modification of Terms Refresh N Go reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. (Users will be notified of any changes to our terms and conditions.)
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing Details: Pricing for services may vary based on the type of service and level of severity.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Promotions and Discounts: Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to terms and conditions specific to the offer.
4. Scheduling / Cancellation Policy
We only book 48 Hours or Longer in advance.
Cleanings canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a $15 Cancellation Fee.
5. Allergies and Sensitivities Policy
We request that our clients inform the company of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products prior to the cleaning.
6. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are given based on the information given by the client. Should the conditions be dirtier or more cluttered than indicated we will not guarantee we can complete the job in the time quoted. You will be given a choice to increase your budget, or have us leave the job.
7. Photos of your home
We do take before and after pictures of all the homes we clean. These photos are used for training, proof of work, and as social media content. If you do not want pictures taken in your home for marketing purposes, please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.
8. Supplies
We bring all of our own supplies, including garbage bags to resupply your bins. If you would like us to use specific products or not use certian chemicals, please make a special request via your client portal.
9. Cleaning Exclusions, Limitations, & Extras (For General Cleaning services)
Toilet brushes: We will use yours unless otherwise requested, or if none are available, we will use our own products.
Fragile/valuable items: We will not touch or move these unless requested.
Clutter: Large amounts of clutter will not be moved unless requested.
Under bedframes: Not included unless requested.
Beds: We do not change or make beds unless requested, but we can tidy them if needed.
Closets: We will not enter closets unless requested.
Offices: Treated as bedrooms—desk or working areas will not be touched if cluttered unless requested.
Dishes: We do not clean dishes. If the sink contains too many dishes to move, the sink will not be cleaned.
